i changed my mind beta

I Changed my Mind about the Beta.

I decided that since I Violated my NDA for the Beta that I mentioned, I will NOT Test it after all (I clicked on the Decline Button), and will Test Windows Vista Beta 2 (using my MSDN OS Level Subscription) after all.

dont whip yourself too hard!

P.S. I don't think Beta 2 will be a Public Beta, However.

Don't be so sure about Beta 2 not being available to the public. According to a MS TechNet web site:
There
will be opportunities available in the future to test drive Windows Vista. Check back on this page for updates.
Granted, it does not say Beta 2 will be public, but I have not seen anything posted on any Microsoft sites stating it will not be.

Didn't you say it wasn't under NDA...? Clearly this shows you know nothing about NDAs...

If Microsoft wants to throw me out the Microsoft Beta Program (for Violating my NDA), that's just fine with me.
I will still have my MSDN OS Level Subscription, so I will be testing Windows Vista Beta 2, just FYI.

I don't know about that. If you violate the NDA, MS may remove what you have access to as far as the beta software. According to the info I have read, the beta software that is obtained via MSDN and TechNet are subject to different terms then those of your MSDN/TechNet subscription. Here is pasted info from the MS web site. I will see if I can locate it on the MSDN site as well.
Beta software included with TechNet Plus contain separate license terms that must be agreed to in order to use pre-release software.

This is from the MSDN web site
a..
The product has not yet released. Many pre-release (beta) versions and release candidates are available from MSDN Subscriber Downloads. However, not all betas can be included. Some betas require special registration or eligibility. For more information about open technical beta programs, please visit BetaPlace, sign in to Passport, then enter using the Guest ID BetaReq.

P.S. I also still have access to Windows Vista Build 5308 CTP (which is also NOT Under an NDA).
